Gro Katarina Andorsen is a European patent attorney qualified in 2017. She has worked in the IP field since 2011 and founded Nerderiket AS in February 2022.
Gro is a member of FICPI and EPI.
Fun fact
Nerderiket tranlates into “The Land of the Nerd”. A few months before Gro founded the firm, she was out hiking in the area of Fløyen in the city of Bergen. It was a quiet day, the first snow painted the forest white. And suddenly, in front of her, was this open, peaceful place with a lake. And a sign.
“Nerderiket”, Gro said out loud while reading the sign. “That fits well, I feel at home here.”
Only that’s not what the sign said. It said “Nedrediket”, meaning something in the lines of “the lower lake”. However - the firm’s name was born that day.
A firm where we can be quiet, consentrate, dig into nerdy patent stuff and at the same time enjoy our lives.
